Thousands of comets rotate around the sun in the sky. Oort cloud is the cloud in the shape of ball which is formed as a combination lakh crores of comets. This is approximately 50,000 astronomical units far from the sun. This distance is more than ten times the distance of Pluto planet from sun. This is equal to one light year and this is named after the scientist John Oort who did research on comets and found many things. We can see the comets sometimes when they come near the earth. The color and brightness of the comets will change according their position around the sun.
