What is a group of owls called? | Owls group are called PARLIAMENT

PARLIAMENTWhat are a group of owls called?  The only bird which can rotate its head is Owl.  It can rotate its head from either side at an angle of 135o.  That means it can see a range of 270 degrees.  The body of the owl is suitable for this.  Owl cannot see things which are as near as few centimeters to the eye but can see things which are far away. Main reason for this is owls cannot turn their eyes to sides.  Unlike other birds owls can see the things right in front of its eyes because the eyes are fixed.  Feathers around eyes, gives them a sharp eye sight.  Owls have an ear like formation on the head.  But these are not heads but feathers.  They generally go for food hunting during night.  Though owls could see during day time, eyes could see effectively during night.

Owls are present all over the world except in Antarctica continent.  Male owls are heavier than the female owls.  Generally owls live alone but a group of owls are called Parliament.  Owl helps human beings by eating the rats which damage crops.  The number of these birds is decreasing as the forests and trees on which they live are being destroyed.
