Why Do We Get Sweat?

Sweat

Sweat

Body of the humans will function properly at 98.6o F. When there is change in the temperature, hypothalamus in the brain will recognize the changes and it will instruct to release sweat. Then sweat will be released outside the body through the sweating glands on the skin. There will be more water and less amounts of ammonia, urea, other chemicals and sugars in the sweat. When the sweat is released outside the body through the sweating glands, it will evaporate when air is blown. Then the body cools and sweat helps the body to cool in this way. We should drink more water when more sweat is released from the body when we play or run. People should provide enough water for the body when the sweat is released. There are chances of deficiency of water when proper amounts of water are not given to the body.
