Paper which is used in the hotels for cleaning the hands is called as tissue paper or paper napkin. Paper is made of cellulose and the bonds in the paper are very strong. Normal paper is made at high temperature and it is made by rolling under the machines. And so normal paper can’t absorb the water and it is very hard to crush the paper also. In the cellulose paper, the crossings are made loose and gum is not used to attach the crossings. So there will be gaps between the crossings and so they can easily absorb the water.
