Reason for not having hair on palm | Sebaceous gland is responsible for the growth of hair on the body
Nails and hair are also a form of skin. Hair grows due to sebaceous gland and it will not be present on palm, lips, eye lids etc. So hair wont grow on such areas like palm, under foot etc.
