What are the reasons for sweating?
There will be two to three millions of sweat glands on the human body and their function is to release the liquids outside the body when the body temperature is more than the required. Mixture of salts, urea and proteins is nothing but sweat. When the sweat on the body gets evaporated due to heat, body gets cooled as the temperature decreases. Nearly one liter of sweat will be released when the body temperature is more or when the body is working. People also sweat when they are frightened or tensed or stressed and this sweat is released when the response of the body is shown through nervous system which controls it. Genes in the body will also play a vital role in sweating.
