Invention of Zero in mathematics | How mathematics and calculations came in to existence?

Zero Calculation is one of the important thing in a human’s life. To do calculations man had learnt addition, subtraction, multiplication, division. It was discovered that zero was invented by Indians and 1, 2, 3 are invented by Arabians. Usage of numbers is called mathematics. Mathematics was not invented, it was born from the needs of the people. Mathematics was developed according to the needs of the people. Before the discovery of mathematics people use to see the quantity of the objects roughly. For example, early man used to see the quantity of the blackberries and determine whether they are enough or not. And also by showing other’s weapon he says that he lost his weapon. After that, people recognized the importance of numbers and names for that numbers. For example, a Sheppard man should know the number of sheep in his herd, for that he should count his sheep. For farmers knowing the climatic conditions is an important task in their job. In the early days of human origin, numbers and their names are invented not at a particular time. Whole numbers and natural numbers which are used now came in to existence first. After that requirement of fractions and decimal points came. By these fractions and decimal points mathematics was developed in various ways. After a long time many numbers came into use, -2 is one of the integer which came into use in this way. Developing integer is a difficult task. Subtracting 5 from 7 is a easy thing we get 2, but subtracting 7 from 5 we get -2 it is a tough task. Greeks didn’t believe that it was not possible to subtract 7 from 5 because they were not aware of integers. Numbers less than zero was invented after 1500 B.C.
