How are blood cells formed in human body? |Blood cells are formed from the bone marrow present in the bones

blood cellsThe red blood cells, platelets and up 70% of the white blood cells are formed from the bone morrow present in the bones.  Remaining white blood cells are formed from the lymphatic tissue.

Red blood cells and white blood cells are produced in the bone marrow present in the bones because of some transformation which takes place in the stem cells.  Red cells in the bone marrow contains nucleus.  But the nucleus is lost when the blood cell comes out from the bone marrow.  Then the blood cell becomes an incomplete cell.  This cell absorbs oxygen from the lungs and exchanges it with carbon di oxide in the tissues.  There are 3 important tasks for red blood cells.  First of them is to transport oxygen, the white blood cells act as disease prevention cells and the third one is to help in the process of clotting the blood at the wounds.
