Plants prepare starch with the help of carbon dioxide which is present in the sunlight and this is done through photosynthesis. Photosynthesis process in the sunflower is related to sun. In order to carry the photosynthesis process easily, the buds of the sunflower move in the direction of the sun. In this way, the sunflower moves in the east direction which is the direction of the sun. Oxyne hormone which grows on the sunflower is responsible for this movement. Sunflower turns in the direction in which the oxyne is present in more amounts and it is more in the direction of the sun as it gets more sunlight. In the evenings, sunflower turns to the west direction as the oxyne is present in more amounts in that direction. Even after the sunset, sunflower moves in the direction of east at the night. In the next morning, the process is same and it moves in the direction of the sun. After extracting the oil from the seeds of sunflower, the waste material is used as fuel in the boilers and other places. Sunflower is used for painting, preparing the medicines and it is also food for the birds.

Sun is also one of the stars and it is in big size as it near to the earth. Most of the stars are bigger than the sun in size. There will be two types of cells in the eyes which are called as cones and rods. Cones are the cells which absorb the light and rods are cells which detect the difference between light and darkness. Rods are very sensitive than cones and so during the evening time and night time, rods can’t recognize the colors as the darkness will increase. So, most of the stars will appear in white color at the night. Sun will be appeared in yellow color in the day time and some powerful stars will appear in colors at the night time also. Temperature of the starts can be known with the help of light emitted from it. Temperature of the stars is more than the temperature of the sun when they emit red light. Stars which are in blue color are having less temperature.

It is very impossible to count the stars in the solar system. It is not possible even for the scientists also. But, to the amazement of all the people, the Yale University scientists are saying the exact number of the stars that exists in the solar system.

The scientists are believe that the total number of the stars in the solar system will be in thousand crore only. But, according o the Peter Van Docum team of Yale University the number of the stars in the solar system is 300 Sexy trillion which means the total figure one gets by calculating three trillion’s with ten thousand crores. The figure that is mentioned is 300,000,000,000,000,000,000. This team is giving some of the exact reasons to trace out the count of the stars in the solar system. The Docum team is saying that the stars which are founded recently are the short and tiny stars which are in red color and these stars will have low shining and will be difficult to recognize.

According to the estimation of the scientists, there will be around hundred billions to one trillion of stars in the solar system. The Docum team is strongly believing that there will be hundred crores of stars in each zone. This team is estimating that there are chances for having more number of stars in the solar system when compared to the other orbit due to its shape. The Docum team has come to a conclusion by observing the eight star zones with the help of Keck telescope from a long distance. Based on this issue, the Docum team has to make many more observations and researches to come to an exact conclusion. Then only, the real facts come to the light. As some of the scientists are feeling happy for this research whereas some of the scientists are not accepting this idea of the Docum team.

Earth rotates round the sun in a particular orbit. The diameter of this orbit is 300 million kilometers, which is equal to 30 crore of kilometers. The astronomical scientists examine the star where its distance is to be calculated from a particular point through a telescope. The light which is travelled through the star is been examined by the curve and exact position. This is called as concentrating angle. After getting registered for this one has to wait for six months of period. Because it takes 12 months of time for the earth to rotate round the sun and it is known to all the people. After six months, the earth reaches to the first position from its orbit to the exact opposite position. Then after the position is changed, the concentrating angle is been founded by the scientists by observing the position of the star.

If the position of the earth in the beginning and after six months and the position of the star are taken as three points, there forms a fake triangle in between these three points. It is known to all the people that the distance between the two points of the earth in that triangle is 30 crore kilo meters.  In the same way, there also recorded two concentrating angles. Even the light that is travelled from the star is also known. If these measurements are calculated using the trigonometry principle, the distance between the earth and the star is known. In this way, using this calculation, the distance between the stars from the earth to 400 light years is calculated. On the other hand, there is another way of calculating the distance is the light which is passing through the stars is arranged in the Spectrometer and passing through the prism and calculations are made depending on the severity of the colors that are formed in the spectrum.

As the Metals like Gold, silver, some types of stones and diamonds shine, some flowers also shine. Flower’s looking normal is different than the flowers shining. Flowers are living things just like human beings. If they don’t receive proper nutrition, water or sunlight, they will die. Some people have an illusion that the flowers themselves glow but the main reason is that the light inside the plant reflect in various forms and starts glowing. Flowers that are properly cared, bloom and shine with bright colors. Healthy plants produce fresh oxygen for humans to breathe and provide food and shelter for insects at the bottom of the food chain. Those insects feed larger predators that eventually feed humans.

Four o’ clock plant flowers shine with a combination of yellow and green color .These flowers will be usually in yellow color. These glowing flowers convert their brightness to pigments called betaxanthins. The researchers found when light falls on betaxanthins flowers glow in yellowish-green colour. So, parts of the flower that look yellow also emit green fluorescent light. Four o’clocks also have a violet pigment called betanin in some places. Betanin works as an anti-fluorescent by absorbing most of the fluorescent light that the betaxanthins emit.

The pattern of fluorescence and non-fluorescence might help attract bees and other insects that pollinate the flowers, the scientists suggest. It is also possible that betaxanthins help protect the flowers from stress in their environment. The parts of a four o’clock flower that appear yellow under white light contain a special pigment. This pigment fluoresces, producing a greenish glow, as seen when other colors are filtered out.

Four O’Clock is used in treatment for diabetes. Night-blooming jasmine is also known as the lady of the night. It is a medium-sized bush that produces white-colored, small, tubular flowers. Though the flowers are not very attractive to look at, they have a exciting strong scent that can be detected from far. The flowers bloom and give off scent only at night and have no perfume in the daytime. It is easy to maintain as a houseplant as well.

Some of the other flowers that glow in the night are Datura,Centauria,Tobacco flower, Night-scented Stock, Angel’s Trumpets, Prescottia orchids.Angel’s Trumpets are large, pendulous night-blooming flowers that grow on a shrub. They have a sweet and delicate fragrance. The bush itself is quite beautiful, since it is entirely covered by large white flowers.
Most of these flowers are easy to grow and take normal garden conditions with sun, average water and rich soil.

MRI scanner made easy for the doctors to know the condition of the body in a lesser time. It does not use x-rays and it is performed to evaluate  organs of the chest and abdomen including the heart, liver, biliary tract, kidneys, breasts ,spleen, bowel, pancreas and adrenal glands and the  blood vessels . The hypothalamus is responsible for certain metabolic processes and other activities of the autonomic nervous system. It helps in stimulating or inhibiting the secretion of pituitary hormones. It also controls body temperature, hunger, thirst and sleep.

The Amygdala senses the basic information like fear and anger whereas the cortical nucleus is involved in the sense of smell. Unlike X-rays or CT scan, MRI Scan does not use radiation. Thus MRI Scans are painless and safe without any major side effects. However, some people do have reactions to the contrast dye used sometimes. Scanner makes heavy noise while scanning and some of the common problems caused during the scan are headache, Dizziness,Sweating,Nausea,and Fatigue. Moreover, Patients with some metal implants, cochlear implants, and cardiac pacemakers are prevented from having an MRI scan due to effects of the strong magnetic field and powerful radio frequency pulses. Pregnant women are usually not advised to have an MRI scan unless it is urgent. Although the scan is thought to be safe, the long-term effects of strong magnetic fields on a developing baby are not yet known.

Albert Michelson is an American Physicists who made researches on dividing the light into waves and again combining them.  For this process he even found a method Interferometry.  It is with the help of this method only, the area of planets in the space is calculated.  Albert Michelson was born in December 1852 in Prussia.  When he is at the age of two years, his family shifted to America.  In the 1873, Albert became a graduate and worked in American Navy.  After that he taught the Physics and Chemical sciences.  It is during that time, Albert showed a lot of interest in the research of light.  The idea he got into his mind is “ With how much speed the light can travel?”  With the available instruments of that time, Albert has calculated the speed of the light.

Later on, Albert worked as a Head for the Department of Physical sciences.  Then Albert became the First head of the department for the Chicago University in the year 1892.  Albert is the first American who bagged the Nobel Prize for Physical sciences in the year 1970.  Albert who can be placed in the list of the greatest people who paved the way for advanced knowledge is left from this world on May 9, 1931 in California.

Besides this, even the principle of the air dissolving in the water is also decrease.  The ice cubes are prepared in the ice tray which is placed in the refrigerator.  The water starts changing into solid form in between the gap of the tray.  As a result, the air bubbles are stroked in the underground of the water when it is about to become solid in state.  The light rays which are falling on the ice cubes gets reflected completely and so as a result the inner part of the ice cube loss its opaque quality.
