Now doctors and facilities are there to place the new teeth into the mouth, in case of any damages or breakings to our teeth. But this was a big problem in olden days. Based on the details given in the book ‘The Surgeon of Dentist’ written by Piarre Fancherd, hippopotamus teeth were arranged to people who lost their teeth. Those teeth can be moulded to required suitable size and shape and then fitted into mouth. This method was changed after 20th century. Here teeth were made artificially and they are coated outside with gold and then arranged inside the mouth. This method was followed for several years. But now, artificial teeth are made with porcelain and acrylic substances which yield better results in usage.
